• Credit Cards
  Payment by Credit Card is preferred. When paying by credit card you can pay in UK Sterling, US Dollars or in Euro. We accept the all the major credit cards including Visa, Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch/Solo (Sterling only) and JCB (Sterling only).
  
• UK £ Cheque
  Payment by UK Cheque in pound Sterling is preferred if credit card is not available. Please make sure you sign the cheque and write your name and email on the reverse side. Make payable to Ink and Second Sight.
  US Dollar Cheques are not accepted due to the associated costs.
  
• International MoneyOrder
  International Money Orders are also accepted in pound Sterling. Make payable to Ink and Second Sight
  
  Cash (£ Pounds Sterling)
  You can send cash payments as this may be cheaper for small orders. However there is of course a risk associated and unless we receive it we can't send you the order. Send it well disguised as we have to date not had one go missing.

Postage & Packing Guidelines
Please can you select the postage area that applies to you. The first three items cost the same for postage and packing - the fourth onwards will cost less. Costs vary on area.

• UK Postage
  Select UK postage if you need the order delivered with the United Kingdom.
  First items £1.20, next 2 items £1.00 each and each subsequent item £0.80
  
• Europe Postage
  Select Europe if you need the order delivered within Europe.
  First item £1.70, next 2 items £1.50 each and each subsequent item £1.20
  
• USA & Rest Of World Postage
  Select Rest Of World Postage if you need the order delivered to the USA or somewhere outside of the United Kingdom and outside of Europe.
  First item £2.20, next 2 items £2.00 each and each subsequent item £1.80

Please send all non-credit card payments to Ink & Second Sight, PO Box 529, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 5GR, UK. POSTAGE The first three items cost the same for postage and packing - the fourth onwards will cost less. Costs vary on area. Once we have received payment we will pop your order in the post. Send payment within 3 weeks.

Candytree are far from being a fully fledged ecommerce website so we appreciate your patience whilst we aim to get these products to you as soon as we possibly can. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery but items are usually dispatched within a week.

1. I'd like to buy a publicity photo - is it available without autographs as well ?
A. The only copies on sale are signed ones.

2. If I order the photograph, how do you intend to send it so that it reaches me safely ?
A. Photographs are sent flat in card envelopes.

3. Do you have signed or unsigned copies of CDs ?
A. All CDs are unsigned, unless specifically advertised as signed.

4. I posted my cheque two weeks ago but still haven't received my order. What should I do ?

A. Do nothing. When placing your orders we ask that you allow at least 28 days for delivery from the time when you send payment. If you still haven't received your goods after 28 days (in most cases you will have) then contact order@jamtartrecords.com. Compared to some other online stores 28 days for delivery may seem like a long time but please remember that Candytree is a somewhat smaller operation than some other full-time online stores, and that everyone behind the scenes at Candytree has a day job which can sometimes interfere with our ability to handle your orders as swiftly as we (and you) would like.
