Mice played their first live gig at the Splash Club in London on November 18th. All About Eve Mailing List member Julie "Joolz" Hardy was there :"Well, Julianne's new band played live for the first time last Saturday at the Splash club in London. Julianne chatted to the group of us outside for a bit and then later came and joined us in the pub, where she was a very good girl and only had one Spritzer!!! Basically, we chatted about lots of stuff...how the band want to do more gigs but don't have the money.

Also, she commented about the mailing list, and was interested in reading what we'd all written about the band!The gig itself was wonderful. No Eves stuff was played and the set was about 30 minutes long, but the songs rocked, with Julianne playing guitar and wearing fabulous luminous green nail varnish, with her shortish hair (about as long as mine) in little bunches. Anyway, the set list was as follows:

... and another track which wasn't featured on the set list. All in all, most excellent - rather like the Eves gigs when you were pissed and dancing away, but rockier".
